Cancellation policy
Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already entered processing or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Processing and Fulfillment
Orders typically enter processing shortly after purchase to ensure timely fulfillment. Due to the nature of our products and inventory management, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
Limited Inventory and Rare Items
Some products are produced or packed in limited quantities. Orders for limited or rare items may enter processing immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation.
Preorders and Backorders
Preorders and backorders may be canceled prior to shipment unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Once a preorder or backorder has shipped, standard return and refund policies apply.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have shipped, are in transit, or are marked as delivered are not eligible for cancellation.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
