Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete.

Tracking
USPS tracking information is provided once the order ships. Tracking updates are generated by USPS and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete once USPS confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. Evergreen Seed Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Refunds are not issued for orders lost due to address errors.

Shipping Issues
Any shipping issues, including damaged, incorrect, or missing items, must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.
